The apartment is located on a quiet road, a stone’s throw away from Hampstead Heath’s lush grounds and duck-peppered lakes. While we usually boast about the shops and restaurants all around you, we understand that over this time nature and greenery is of far more value right now. Walk 2 minutes to the magnificent woods of Hampstead Heath for your dose of ducks, lakes and trees. Popping in to your local butcher, fruiterer and convenience store on the way.

We will reserve the right to request a copy of the ID for guests not named on the reservation as well as take your credit card details in case of any damages or breakages For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Quiet hours are 22h00 - 08h00 No pets unless previously agreed Recycling is mandatory, please dispose of garbage correctly. All areas with tamper tape must remain sealed as the owners personal belongings are in there. Please ensure they stay sealed for privacy. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
